Change the create event from a 3 configuration option to a feature enable /disable option.
Based on what features you need it will enable or disable elements, so you dont have the configuration choices just a selector.

Manage all speakers, team, exhibitor staff and attendes on a single page. Upload a list of attendees and have them added to your event. Upload a list of speakers and then add them to presenations. Get speakers from you last event and add them to a new one, same with attendees.
